Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration, including their name, mobile number, and email address (if provided).

Participation in any Housie event is subject to the rules and guidelines announced by the organizer. HOUSIE TIME reserves the right to refuse or cancel participation in case of rule violations or misconduct.

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

All prizes will be awarded according to the official event rules. The decision of the event organizer and management shall be final and binding in all matters related to prize eligibility and distribution.

HOUSIE TIME reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel any event due to operational requirements, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.

All ticket designs, branding materials, logos, event formats, website content, and copyrighted materials owned by HOUSIE TIME (DEVANSHI) are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

HOUSIE TIME shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, technical failure, network issue, delay, or unforeseen circumstance beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation or event operations.
